From Corporate to Coach

A few years ago, I was stuck in a 9-to-5 corporate job that left me drained, unfulfilled, and disconnected from my purpose. I wanted freedom — and to do something meaningful that helped others grow.

Training was already a big part of my life, so I decided to follow my passion and become a Personal Trainer.
When I signed my first three clients, I quit my job and never looked back.

But as I worked with more clients, I realized transformation isn’t only physical. Most men weren’t failing because of their training — they were stuck because of their mindset, stress, and lack of belief in themselves.

That’s why I studied counselling for four years and became a qualified counsellor.
Today, I blend the science of body transformation with the psychology of lasting change.
